Description

The Canon LP-E6NH is a rechargeable lithium-ion battery designed for compatible Canon EOS cameras. Canon specifies a capacity of 2,130mAh, providing more capacity than the LP-E6N’s 1,865mAh rating.

The LP-E6NH maintains the same physical size as the LP-E6N and is backward-compatible with cameras using LP-E6 and LP-E6N batteries, subject to camera compatibility. Canon also states that selected compatible EOS cameras can charge the battery in-camera using USB Power Delivery with the appropriate PD-E1 power adapter.

The battery also communicates with compatible EOS camera bodies, allowing supported cameras to display information such as battery serial number, remaining capacity, recharge performance and date of last use.
