Description
The Sony ZV-E1 Mirrorless Camera Body is a compact full-frame mirrorless camera designed primarily for vloggers, content creators and video professionals who need high-quality image performance in a lightweight body. It features a 12.1MP full-frame back-illuminated Exmor R CMOS sensor, Sony’s BIONZ XR image processor and a dedicated AI processing unit for advanced subject recognition and tracking.
The camera is built around video creation, offering 4K recording, 10-bit 4:2:2 internal recording, S-Log3/S-Gamut3.Cine, 5-axis in-body image stabilization and creator-focused functions such as Product Showcase, Background Defocus and Cinematic Vlog settings. Sony also provides 4K 120p recording through a firmware-based upgrade, with approximately a 10% crop.
Its Sony E-mount allows it to work with a wide range of Sony full-frame and APS-C lenses, while the vari-angle LCD screen, built-in intelligent 3-capsule microphone, microphone and headphone connections, USB-C connectivity and wireless functions make it well suited to modern content-production workflows.
